I’m a proud graduate of one of the leading Chiropractic Schools in North America, the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, having completed my 4 year Doctor of Chiropractic degree in Toronto. Before that, I completed a Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree (summa cum laude) at McMaster University in Hamilton.
As an athlete growing up in Hamilton, I was always interested in health, fitness, and rehabilitation. Competing in high level football across the GTA, I experienced my fair share of injuries and the rehabilitation that went hand-in-hand. But I also experienced proactive chiropractic care that focused on improving my athletic performance, preventing injuries, and enhancing my overall well-being - which has influenced how I care for patients today as a performance-based, Hamilton Chiropractor.
Thus, my clinical training enables me to assess and treat the neuro-musculo-skeletal system: from head & neck, shoulders to wrists, low back, hips, & knees, to ankles & feet, and the underlying nervous system supporting it all. This includes sprains & strains, headaches, concussions, chronic pain, and workplace / vehicle & sports injuries. Helping my patients out of pain through natural, hands-on chiropractic care is my mission...and I love what I do!
Building on that, I also place significant value in preventative care - a special interest to me is getting my patients to that next level once their pain is resolved: OPTIMAL LIVING. Be it at home, at work, or at play - helping enhance my patients’ ability to live their best, and supporting their health goals is my purpose! Be it through routine chiropractic supportive care, exercise prescription & nutritional counseling, or sport / athlete specific proactive care, we work as a team to achieve these goals.
Furthermore, as a big proponent of healthy living and leading a physically stimulating lifestyle, I value good nutrition and exercise as cornerstones to being healthy & happy. That is why I enjoy educating my patients on these topics, in clinic and via my healthMinute video series, as we work together to maximize their potential.
I am a member of the Ontario & Canadian Chiropractic Associations, College of Chiropractors of Ontario, and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
